Integrity Jets has completed nine transactions in its first year, solidifying itself as a premiere boutique business aviation brokerage.
Integrity Jets was founded at the start of 2024 by Eric Hammer, an industry veteran with 34 years of aerospace experience, including 23 years of increasing success in the business aviation sector. Hammer brings a background as a trusted and respected advisor, with 10 years of experience leading pre-owned aircraft sales efforts for Embraer and eight years of new and pre-owned Citation and Caravan sales for Cessna, part of a career track that followed 11 years as a flight dynamics officer with NASA’s Space Shuttle programme.
While Hammer has broad business jet experience, including a recent four-year run brokering transactions on a wide range of aircraft as executive sales director with Elliott Aviation, he is a leading authority on Embraer aircraft and is considered the premiere broker/consultant worldwide for the Embraer Phenom 300/300E.
